Product Description

Taivansin tartrate is a special antibiotic for macrolides, which inhibits the synthesis of bacterial proteins and the reproduction of bacteria. Its antibacterial spectrum is similar to tylosin. It`s effective against gram-positive bacteria, but has little effect on gram-negative bacteria. It has strong antibacterial activity against  septicemia mycoplasma and synovial  mycoplasma.

 [Drug interactions] (1)It has antagonistic effects on chloramphenicol and lincomycin and should not be used together.(2) When the β-lactam drug is used in combination with this product (as a bacteriostatic agent), the bactericidal efficacy of the former can be interfered. In case of diseases requiring rapid bactericidal effect, the two drugs should not be used together.

[Function and use] Antibiotics. For mycoplasma infection in pigs and chickens

[Usage and Dosage]   Mixed with feed , 1~1.5kg  this product per 1000kg feed for pigs; 2~6kg  per 1000kg for chicken. Used for 7 days.
